On September 18, 2023, the Executive Committee of the Political Council of UzLiDeP hosted a meeting between Party Chairman A. Khaitov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to Uzbekistan Yu Jun. The Chinese Ambassador was briefed on the progress of reforms in Uzbekistan, the role and place of political parties in these processes, and the activities of UzLiDeP in the modern period.

The parties exchanged views on further enhancing inter-party relations between both countries to fill the existing cooperation between Uzbekistan and China with concrete content.
