These days, large-scale activity is being carried out in all territories of the country to prepare for a worthy meeting – the 31st anniversary of independence. During the ongoing spiritual and enlightenment events, special attention is paid to the content of the main idea of ​​this holiday of independence – “In New Uzbekistan – the dignity of a person, the interests of people are the highest value”.

Responsible employee of the State Committee of Family and Women, scientist Karima Norkulova, deputy from UzLiDeP of the 19th constituency “Bakhrabod” of Uchkurgan District Council F. Gofurova, women activists held meetings with the population in the mahallas of the district.

At the meetings, the work being carried out in the country to give a worthy assessment of a person, the opportunities and benefits created for women and youth were discussed.

The participants also talked about improving the mahalla system, introducing the positions of assistant hokim, youth representative, leader of women and the first positive results of their activities. Systematic protection of low-income strata of the population was noted based on the “Women’s”, “Youth” and “Iron” notebooks.

Speaking on behalf of the mahalla activists, it was noted that the population is immensely happy with the work being carried out in the country to exalt the value of a person, emphasized that independence is a great asset and should be valued and protected.
