During these days, UzLiDeP deputies in the council of people’s deputies of the city of Yangiyer in their constituency territories assist residents in the use of household land.

Deputies are responsible for fulfilling the tasks outlined in the joint resolution of the Oliy Majlis chambers “On measures of further improving the efficiency of using dehkan farms and household lands” of April 13.

There are currently 4,787 homeowners in the city. Deputies of the local council study the condition of these lands. The study showed that in the city of Yangiyer, the plan for planting vegetables was completed at 97 percent, potatoes at 100, legumes at 80 percent.

An analysis is carried out on the level of using personal land, deputies are providing socially needy families with seedlings and seeds of tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers for free.

Residents of Sayqal Street, CAM Navruzobod of Yangiyer city, due to the lack of water for irrigation in recent years, could not use their personal land. This problem was studied by the deputy of the local council, O. Matnazarov, with the help of representatives of the official agencies, dug a 400-meter long ditch with the help of special machines and provided the residents of this street with water for irrigation of household land.

– Farmers use every inch of land, – said deputy O. Matnazarov. – Because it makes it possible to satisfy the family’s needs in food, as well as realize surpluses in the market and replenish the family budget.
