 Dialogue of the Deputy Speaker with youth of Amudarya district

The issue of youth is one of the priority directions of state policy. The future of the country can be provided by young people who have not only deep knowledge, but also are able to think in a modern way.

The future of the country, the people, the prestige of the state in the world community depends on what kind of education young people receive, how they enter the big life. The great Greek scientist Aristotle used to say that the fate of the country is decided by the upbringing of youth.

Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, head of UzLiDeP faction Aktam Khaitov began his visit to the Republic of Karakalpakstan with a dialogue with youth of Amudarya district.

The meeting was attended by representatives of Karakalpak Council of the party, the Hokim of the district, members of UzLiDeP deputy group in the district council of people’s deputies, activists of the Youth Wing.

It was noted that the speech of the Head of the state at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly was a historic event.

“In a speech at the 75th session of the UN General Assembly, along with other issues, he drew the attention of the world community to the initiative of Uzbekistan to adopt a convention on the rights of youth”, said Deputy Speaker A. Khaitov. “Because the harmonious upbringing of the younger generation is always considered a priority”.

During the conversation, the opinions and proposals of young people were heard. In particular, representative of people T. Yusupova made a proposal to organize together with the district center for promoting employment of the population for women included in the “Iron Notebook” and teach them sewing.

Deputy Speaker supported all the proposals made and gave instructions to the officials on their timely implementation.
