Dozens of problems of entrepreneurs are discussed at the forum

Hokimiyat of Jondor district hosted a forum on “Dialogue of deputies and entrepreneurs”, organized by the Department of Political Education and Work with Deputy Groups of Bukhara Regional Council of UzLiDeP. It was devoted to the issues of providing local Councils of People’s Deputies with deputy groups of local councils of people’s deputies at places of employment, assistance to business entities in the restoration of activities, implementation of investment projects and other problems related to this area during the pandemic.

At the forum with participation of activists, deputies of regional and district Councils of UzLiDeP, as well as responsible persons of the prosecutor’s office, the Reception Offices of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan to consider appeals of entrepreneurs, justice bodies, the district cadastre, representatives of the regional administration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and commercial banks, the main attention was paid to the study and solution of issues that have accumulated at places for the further development of small business and private entrepreneurship, which are important source of employment for the population and increasing their income.

At the event, entrepreneurs, representatives of small businesses, family entrepreneurs, young people who are going to start their own business and women shared their problems.

The main part of the appeals concerned the issues of allocating loans by banks and land for establishing business activities.

A resident of “Kalmok” MCA Jamol Akhmedov asked about the purchase of sewing machines for his daughter-in-law and daughter on the basis of a preferential loan. A resident of “Karoli” mahalla, Fozil Nodirov, said that five months ago he submitted the documents to the district branch of Agrobank to receive a soft loan. However, so far I have not received a positive response.

An entrepreneur from Okhshikh has set up the production of bread. Now he wants to establish cattle breeding as well. According to the entrepreneur, in addition to 10 head of cattle, he has 70 head of Hisori sheep. He asked for assistance in allocating a sown area for enhancing his activities. A number of Jondor residents, such as Homid Tolibov, Mukhlisa Kenjayeva, Nurbek Beshimov and Bekzod Yuldashev, addressed such appeals. For each asked question and proposal, for its legal decision, a deputy and a representative of the relevant organization were assigned.

“Currently, there are 26,915 small businesses and private entrepreneurs in the region. And in Jondor district, 1,633 subjects of small business and private entrepreneurship are active. Of these, 346 were registered this year”, says Akbar Muhammedov, Deputy Head of Bukhara regional department of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

At the forum, the head of the Department of Bukhara Regional Council for Political Education and Work with Deputy Groups spoke at the forum with a proposal for conducting systemic monitoring and public control to create a favorable business environment and its further development, including conducting deputy inquiries, control and analytical work. On the above-mentioned issues, the Chairman of the district Council of the party, deputy of the regional Council, Jamol Ashurov expressed his opinion.
