Keeping pace with political processes, earning the trust of the people, and safeguarding that trust are challenging tasks. It requires responsibility, continuous learning, and constant self-improvement. In this regard, the practical training seminar organized in Yangiyer city for the heads and staff of UzLiDeP’s regional councils became not only a platform for knowledge sharing, but also a forum where experiences were exchanged and new ideas generated.

The event was held at the branch of the Tashkent Institute of Chemical Technology and the regional Trade Unions building. During the seminar, leaders and staff discussed modern political processes and new approaches to ongoing reforms. Why is this important? Because the party’s effectiveness at the local level depends, first and foremost, on such knowledge and skills.

Pokiza Akhmedjanova, member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis and Chair of the UzLiDeP Sirdarya Regional Council, also addressed the seminar: “Such training events are of great importance for fundamentally improving the party’s organizational and practical methods of work, as well as for strengthening open dialogue with the electorate”, she said.

Nasimjon Alimov, Head of the Center for Practical Projects and Political Education of the UzLiDeP Executive Committee of the Political Council, provided detailed information about the party’s program goals and the essence of reforms being carried out under the leadership of the President. He emphasized that supporting entrepreneurs, protecting the interests of the electorate, and strengthening practical initiatives at the local level are among the party’s top priorities.

“Today’s political training seminar not only enriched our knowledge and skills but also encouraged us to feel an even deeper sense of responsibility in party activities”, said Gulchehra Islomova, deputy of the Oqoltin District Council. “Our main goal is to serve the interests of the people and to maintain close dialogue with entrepreneurs and the population. We must further strengthen our efforts in this direction”.

During the event, party activists, deputies, and representatives from local councils exchanged experiences through a question-and-answer session. Open dialogue and sincere discussions left a strong moral impression on every participant.

Indeed, such political training seminars are not limited to theory. They encourage party leaders and staff to exchange views based on real-life examples. Most importantly, they inspire more consistent efforts to earn the people’s trust.
