Namangan regional Kengash of UzLiDeP organized a roundtable discussion devoted to the essence and significance of the Decree of the President “On measures to fundamentally improve the system of supporting and protection of business activities” of May 14, 2019.

In recent years, favorable conditions have been created in the country for development of entrepreneurship, attracting investments and doing business. Despite this, entrepreneurs in their activities still face a manifestation of bureaucracy. This becomes an obstacle to development of small business and private entrepreneurship.

“Earlier, an entrepreneur knocked down the thresholds of various authorities to solve problems. This has now been eliminated, appeals are reviewed and resolved on three levels. The problem of the district significance is solved in the district, if not resolved, transferred to the region, if not solved at the regional level, considered at the national level. If it is not resolved at the level of the republic, the problem is considered at a videoconference, which is held by the minister”, – said Deputy Chairman of Namangan regional kengash of UzLiDeP Sobitkhon Nugmanov.

Tasks of bringing the essence and significance of the decree to business entities and young people who wish to engage in business activities were outlined at the event.
