An important task is to educate young people as healthy, self-confident, able to overcome various difficulties, and able to work for the welfare of the country.

The National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan, together with the Executive Committee of UzLiDeP Political Council, organizes mass sports competitions.

Within the framework of such events in the children’s and youth sports school of Narpay district under the motto “Love Sports, Live with Sports!” mass sports competitions in hand-to-hand combat were held.

Athletes from Pakhtachi, Kattakurgan districts of Samarkand region and Khatirchi district of Navoi region took part in the competition.

In the overall team competition, the first place was taken by the athletes of Narpay region, the second – by the athletes of Khatirchi district and the third place by the athletes of Pakhtachi district.

The winners were awarded with diplomas, medals and gifts of the regional and district councils and the department of physical education and sports of UzLiDeP.

The event was attended by the First Deputy Chairman of the regional Council of UzLiDeP – chief of staff I. Botirov and deputies of the district council.
