The traditional competition “Ishbilarmon Ayol” plays an important role in attracting women to family entrepreneurship, small and private businesses, farming, providing them with employment and supporting young families.

The district stage of the competition “Ishbilarmon Ayol 2022”, organized by the Kegeyli District Council of UzLiDeP, was held.

20 women entrepreneurs and farmers of the district presented their products at the competition.

The jury members got acquainted in detail with the activities of the contestants, studied their achievements, opportunities and shortcomings.

“I have been doing sewing business for six years”, R.Dauletova, a private entrepreneur, said. – I began my activity based on a preferential loan for 10 million UZS received from the regional branch of the People’s Bank.

At our enterprise, 10 women are engaged in the manufacture of “kurpacha” (Uzbek quilts) using the patchwork method with national patterns of the Karakalpak people, as well as national dresses and skullcaps. The competition provides an opportunity to exchange experience, expand activities.

The 1^st place in the competition was taken by a private entrepreneur Roza Dauletova, the 2^nd place was taken by the head of Gulbak Lalazar LLC I.Jumabayeva, and the 3^rd place was taken by a private entrepreneur A.Paluanova.

The winners of the competition received the right to participate in the Karakalpak stage of the competition.

Regional stages of the competition continue at places.
